The Youth Program is a season with group classes in Ballroom, Ballet, Jazz and Latin styles for ages 6-11 and 12+. At the culimination of the season, those who join also have the opportunity to perform.

Youth Program

Students learn the foundation steps, combinations, rhythms and patterns of different genres of dance. Our group classes lead to a culminating performance at the end of each season.

Showcase

Students of the Youth Program can choose to participate in our end of the season showcase giving them a chance to put all their skills into practice and perform in front of family and friends. Join us for a fun evening celebrating many acoomplishments.

Private Lessons

Yesenia Serratos

Youth Program Director

Yesenia Serratos trained as both an interpretive artist and a dedicated choreographer for over a decade in various dance communities both in the U.S. and abroad, winning championships in Latin Hustle and Salsa.

After moving to LA, Yesenia taught ballet at Simi Dance Center for four years, training kids from 6 to 18 years old. She started the Youth Program to inspire children and teens to build their confidence, social skills, and have fun through dancing.
